John and Sian invite you to relax in their 15th Century farmhouse in the rural Vale of Glamorgan, 3 miles from the market town of Cowbridge and 3 miles from the coast.
The two double rooms one with a king size bed and the twin room have rural views, digital television with DVD player free Wi Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
A short walk takes you to the village of Sigingstone and the Victoria pub, one of many good places to eat in the area.
The nearby heritage coast offers good walking and the lanes around Moorshead are peaceful and charming.
Cowbridge is only 3 miles away and has a wealth of interesting shops, pubs and restaurants.
Half an hour's drive and you can be in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales.

A full cooked breakfast made freshly with local ingredients, or a vegetarian option by arrangement, is offered.
The dining and sitting area has antique furniture to compliment the stone walls and oak beams, an inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove.

Terms and conditions
We will require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice incurrs the full cost of thre booking.
The deposit will be required when you book the room(s). The balance of the charges will be payable upon arrival.
We cannot accept pets.
No smoking is allowed in any building
Most people arrive after 4.30 pm. If you will be arriving earlier please let us know.
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10.30 am

Leave the M4 at junction 33 and follow the link road past the entrance to Museum of Welsh life and exit at the next turnoff (signed Cardiff Wales Airport ) follow the road around to the right and take the turnoff the big roundabout past Tesco and Mc Donalds for A48 signed Cowbridge or Bridgend. Follow A48 westward through St. Nicholas and Bonvilston and take the turn off left for Cowbridge at the Mughal Emperor . Go through Cowbridge town and take the turning left onto the B4270 for Llantwit Major and St Donats. Follow the B4270 until T juncton and turn left for Llantwit Major (B4268) go a few hundred yards and take the first tuning left for Sigingstone. About 1/4 mile down that road it bends right but you turn off left and we are the Farm on the right
